Sansar Gyaan Pathshala means 'World Knowledge Lessons.' Thanks to the generous support from the Akhanda Yoga family, Yogrishi Vishvketu's dream of establishing the school became a reality.
The funding for our organization is made possible by kind contributions from ashram guests, Akhanda students, and YTT graduates.
Currently, we have a thriving school that can accommodate up to 300 children. Emphasizing inclusivity, our school is non-sectarian and multi-faith, warmly welcoming children from diverse backgrounds. It is conveniently situated near the village of Pritamgarh, merely two hours away from Rishikesh in northern India.
Our students' families reside in rural villages within a 6 km radius, and many students walk up to 3 km daily to attend school. The majority of our students come from farming families.
At Sansar Gyaan Pathshala School, we are committed to providing a standard of education that surpasses that of traditional state schools. We aspire to create a sustainable community and contribute positively to the betterment of the world.
