Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Akhanda Yoga Wellbeing

Upcoming Dates:

  • November 3 - December 7, 2025

The Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a profound initiation into the timeless wisdom of Yoga, rooted in the classical traditions of the Akhanda lineage. Guided by Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji) and taught by the Senior Faculty of Akhanda Yoga Wellbeing, this training bridges the gap between knowledge and embodiment, challenging you to integrate the teachings deeply into your life and professional practice.

While a 200-hour training often builds a foundation of skills, it can also inflate the ego, framing the teachings as external tools for validation. The 300-hour training dismantles this framework, inviting you to test and embody the teachings fully, preparing you to step into the world as a guide, mentor, and professional custodian of the Yogic tradition.

This program is designed to deepen your academic understanding, refine your teaching methodology, and help you emerge as a leader in the field, ready to inspire, educate, and uplift your community.

Vishva-ji’s Role: Wisdom from the Lineage

While the majority of the curriculum is delivered by the Senior Faculty, Vishva-ji plays an integral role in shaping the training experience. As a Himalayan Master with over 25 years of teaching experience and a legacy of training more than 7,000 Yoga teachers worldwide, he brings unmatched depth and authenticity to the program.

Vishva-ji’s contributions include:

  • Morning Sadhana: A daily immersive practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation, directly guided by Vishva-ji.
  • Philosophy and Masterclasses: Insights into advanced Yogic philosophy and its practical application in teaching and life.
  • Q&A Sessions: An opportunity to explore the nuances of the teachings and their relevance to modern practitioners.

Vishva-ji’s presence ensures that this training is infused with the wisdom of the Akhanda lineage, offering students a direct connection to its profound traditions.

The Senior Faculty: Delivering Depth and Expertise

The Senior Faculty of Akhanda Yoga Wellbeing, a team of experienced teachers with expertise in Yogic philosophy, anatomy, and methodology, deliver the core content modules of this advanced program. Each faculty member has been rigorously trained in the Akhanda lineage, ensuring that every session is rooted in authenticity, academic rigor, and practical relevance.

The faculty’s role is to guide you through:

  • Advanced Philosophy: Deep exploration of classical texts, including the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
  • Teaching Methodology: Professional-level skills for sequencing, adjusting, and adapting Yoga practices for diverse groups.
  • Advanced Anatomy: Integration of Yogic and Western anatomy, with a focus on pranas, koshas, chakras, and structural alignment.
  • Multiple Yoga Styles: Training in advanced Akhanda Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Inner Reprogramming, Chair Yoga, and more.

Their academic and experiential approach ensures that you leave the training equipped to teach with integrity, depth, and confidence.
