Join Yogrishi Vishvketu for this Akhanda Yoga Happy Food Series. He will teach you ways to support your body, mind, heart and Soul using yogic wisdom and nourishing food.

Taking place on the beautiful coast of Baja, we will spend 6 days practicing yoga by the beach, chanting kirtan each evening, doing workshops and breathwork classes, being led through guided meditations, and so much more. We will be joined by Yogrishi Vishvketu, Kal Prakashini, Govind Das, Jacqueline Michelle (Radha), and Sujala Roy.

Vishva-ji is thrilled for the opportunity to be back at Sanctum, in Alberta Canada, for the annual Akhanda Yoga Retreat!
During this 4 day, 3 night all inclusive retreat, you will explore techniques to rebuild your relationship with yourself, your family, and your community. Together we will explore holistic and traditional breathwork techniques (pranayama), deep cellular healing, sound work, and chakra work to reconnect and reprogram your body, mind, and soul for loving and supportive relationships.

This world class advanced 300 hour Akhanda Yoga Teacher training, designed and led by Yogrishi Vishvketu over the course of many years, builds upon the fundamental concepts of yoga and deepens your understanding of the true anatomy of yoga as conceived in its birthplace thousands of years ago.

What – laughing in yoga? An enthusiastic YES!!! When does one get the opportunity to study with a Himalayan Yoga Master from the comfort of your own home? Where can one meet wonderful souls throughout the world united by a desire to learn and grow? Look no further than here! Akhanda Yoga has made this possible through their Virtual YTT200 course. Friday night and reasonably scheduled weekend classes allowed attending this class while working my regular position. I enjoyed the philosophy and holistic lifestyle approach Vishva-ji and his team embrace.

As I expanded in this course, my ability to thrive in COVID-19 chaos increased. I was more calm because of pranayama and asana practice, had solutions appear through meditation and became more centered and grounded through sounding and yogic philosophy. The combination of zoom classes from excellent teachers around the world, pre-recorded classes, reading and small group sessions provide a meaningful, broad based experience, perhaps a bit more broad if one attended in an ashram. Our cohort continues to meet through WhatsApp to celebrate our growth and continue our practice. As I speak with other yoga students and teachers, they commented Akhanda’s YTT200 level offers more dimensions than many other programs. Oh, and did I mention that laughter is included and celebrated? Highly recommend!!
