Jeanie Jyanti (she/her) is passionate about taking Yoga off the mat and helping others discover the many aspects of Yoga and how they can be integrated into everyday life.
Jeanie Jyanti completed her 300 hour YTT, 100 hour Lunar Yoga and 100 hour Prenatal Yoga with Akhanda Yoga Institute. She has also completed 200 hours of Prenatal and Fertility training, as well as Yin Yoga training, in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She specializes in women’s health, especially fertility, prenatal, birth, and postnatal Yoga.

The body undergoes some of the most magnificent and challenging changes during conception, pregnancy, labour and delivery of a baby. From spinal adaptations, challenges with lung capacity, heart burn, digestion, pelvic alignment, increased blood flow and fluid retention to name but a few. Gaining perspective and understanding of psychology of the pregnant person, the challenges faced and how to support them during this time.

These classes are specifically designed to support the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of to be parents and their unborn child. This approach is unique in addressing not only the ‘on the mat’ aspects of yogic wellbeing, but also ayurvedic wisdom of lifestyle practices during this important time.

You will be facilitated to be more educated, aware and compassionate when working with all womb owners in all stages of their lives.

This 100 YTT course will be available for an immersive training experience in the highly rated Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram starting 27th September and will run until 8th October 2023.
Enjoy the wisdom of this immersive training long after your immersion. We provide you with access to live recordings of your teaching sessions, a community connection platform and a range of education materials to support a balanced integration of course learnings after you return home.
Teacher trainees will need to have completed a 200YTT program to obtain the advanced certification this course offers. From time to time, in special circumstances we are able to offer this course for people who have other relevant experience to undertake this course. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your needs further or would like to take this course to support your own pregnancy journey!
For teachers who have completed a 200 hour YTT, a Yoga Alliance Certification will be issued upon completion of all course requirements. If a 200 hour YTT has not been completed, you will be able to receive a general certificate of completion.
Teacher Trainees are able to stay connected on their learning platform with their cohort and expert teachers post their course completion.
