During this 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive retreat, you will explore techniques to rebuild your relationship with yourself, your family, and your community.

Together we will explore holistic and traditional breathwork techniques (pranayama), deep cellular healing, sound work, and chakra work to reconnect and reprogram your body, mind, and soul for loving and supportive relationships.

Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji) is known for his infectious laughter and stories. His holistic approach brings forward ancient wisdom for a modern age incorporating asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and yogic wisdom in every class. His deepest aim is to inspire people to connect to their true nature, which is fearless, expansive, joyful and playful.

A Bhakti Yogi at heart, Prakashini ji (name meaning: that which radiates light) has close to 40 years of exposure to the mantras, rituals, philosophies and techniques of traditional vedic and yogic practices.

For many of us the natural ways we would support ourselves through uncertain times has had to be shifted and rewritten. This can lead us to feeling unsure of ourselves and disconnected from our sense of belonging and Soul purpose. These are important ingredients for experiencing inner peace and healthy, vibrant relationships. Ancient yoga techniques such as pranayama, kundalini kriyas, mantras, and Vedic rituals, can help to release suppressed emotions, the body’s held memories of trauma, and support mental health as well as spiritual expansion.

During the retreat you will learn how imbalances in our breath, sleep, energy body (nadis, pranas, and chakras) and digestive fire can affect our emotional and mental health, immunity, and many other aspects of our existence, and how to use the power of breath to release physical and mental toxicity that can build up during periods of stress.

You will also explore several other special tools of yoga, including Yoga Nidra, Raja Yoga and Vedic rituals which have been used by yogic practitioners to release suppressed emotions and reignite your Soul purpose.

Throughout the weekend Vishva-ji will guide you through the five koshas, or layers of being: physical, energetic, mental/emotional, intuitive, and bliss. Culminating in two ancient elemental healing rituals (water and fire) for your maternal and paternal lines.

Note: Please bring symbolic items or photographs of your family or special friends and/or items that relate to what you are bringing forward for healing.

Join us at the scenic Sanctum Retreat for a rejuvenating, all-inclusive retreat amongst a community of other yoga enthusiasts. The Sanctum Retreat offers delicious vegetarian meals, comfortable accommodations, and a vaulted hall for yoga during the retreat.
