Anandi (Alison Francis) began studying with Yogrishi Vishvketu in 2007 and has remained a dedicated student ever since. She originally did the Akhanda Yoga 200 hour training, and added the 300 hour, Pranayama intensives, various retreats, and a teacher trainer internship at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in RIshikesh, India.

Anandi loves Akhanda Yoga because it embraces Yoga as a complete science. She is proud to be the President of Helping Hands for India, charity founded by Yogrishi Vishvketu.

Anandi has been in the wellness field for 30 years. She is an Ayurvedic coach who trained with several Ayurveda Institutes including The Kerala Ayurveda Academy.

Anandi’s particular interests are the breath and sleep. She has created her own wellbeing process and in-depth enquiry into the causes of stress, exhaustion and sleep issues.

Anandi says: “Discovering Akhanda Yoga was like coming home.”
