It’s hard for me to isolate the impact of this particular program as I am doing the pranayama series since you started the YTT 25 hrs, last fall. I have done all the following 5 weeks, then the pranayama and asanas series during the winter. So since I started all those, so many things have changed!! My confidence, very much more capable of expressing myself, choices based on my needs, inspirations, and not those of the external world; and also so much more solid with regards my mental health – which was fragile because of burnout and depression background.
