Yes, we are a RYS 200 and RYS 300 with the Yoga Alliance. All of our graduates may become RYTs with the Yoga Alliance.
As of January 2018, we have separated our tuition fee from the accommodation fee. The course prices have not changed, but just the method of payment. Tuition deposit and final fees (due 6 weeks prior to arrival for the program) can be paid through our online gateway. Fees for accommodation at the Ashram in a double room with adjoining bathroom and three vegetarian meals daily are quoted on our YTT pages, but are payable in rupees or by card to the Ashram upon arrival.

Airport pick up at Dehradun Airport is provided for most of our YTT courses in India on a specific arrival day only. Details about pick up times are provided in your confirmation of enrolment email as well as the Trip Preparation Document sent after the deposit has been made to secure your spot in the course. Do not purchase airfare until you have received this document.
You may be able to stay on at the Ashram after your course if there are spots available. You can make your reservation with the ashram office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Stay includes two yoga classes and three vegetarian meals per day. For rates, please see the Ashram page of the website. But please confirm your rate with the Ashram when you book as in recent years there have been large increases in food costs et cetera leading to some increases in the cost of stay.
If the Ashram is full, as it may be during peak season (October/November and February/March), the Ashram can provide you with a list of nearby guest houses and hotels for you to consider at your own discretion.
Due to the residential and/or intensive nature of our Training Courses and Retreats, there is a necessary lead time we need to prepare for your participation. As such, we cannot provide full refunds after a certain point.
In advance of 10 days before the program start date, a participant needing to cancel their participation will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee and minus a transaction fee of 3% of the total originally paid.
Less than 10 days prior to a program, and up until scheduled travel to the program, a participant needing to cancel their participation will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid. If the option is available, they may reschedule their participation until a future course in lieu of refund, with only the 50% refund option available if future participation is also cancelled.
A participant needing to withdraw from a program, or who is asked to withdraw by the faculty after scheduled date of travel to the program, up to and including a participant having attended up to one quarter of the program length, will receive a 25% refund. In the case of medical emergency or family emergency only, the faculty may offer the option of rescheduling participation to a future course in lieu of refund.
No refund will be paid to a student who withdraws or is asked to withdraw from a program if they have attended more than one quarter of the program.
No refund will be given in the event of withdrawal on or after the start date of a retreat.
