I have a busy life, so just being able to take time to slow down and listen to my body, mind and soul has been nourishing on may levels. Vishva ji is an excellent teacher and has shown us how to work with the breath and how it can affect us on many levels. The two programs have benefited my whole system, taking time out of a busy schedule has also been beneficial. Just honouring myself in this practice has opened not just y lungs but my mind and has impacted on my physical being too.
