Had the honour and privilege of taking Akhanda Yoga’s virtual Pranayama Foundations 100 hour YTT and am amazed by the outcome! In addition to providing a strong foundation, simple and accessible daily applications, this ancient wisdom has also given me deep healing. Using what I have learned in my daily life has allowed me to start running again. Rubbing without chest pain or any physical discomfort. Something that I have not been able to do for decades!
