What a journey it has been for our Pranayama cohort and Akhanda Yogis and Yoginis with our Pranayama Continuing Education Program and 5 Week Practice Series recently coming to a close!
We appreciate that so many of you have reached out to tell us that the ongoing pranayama practice has noticeably shifted and strengthened your spiritual connection, general health and emotional wellbeing. Many of you have also enquired about a ‘retrain your breath’ program that Yogrishi alluded to during the series.
Accordingly, we bring you the 60-Day Re-Train Your Breath Program. Using a combination of active, medium and slow pranayama practices to retrain and expand! This program will also work in alignment with your Pranas to refocus physically, emotionally and spiritually and specific focus areas are detailed below.
Dates: Every Tuesday, January 5th –March 2nd (9 weeks/63 days)
Time: 7am to 8am Pacific Time (recordings will be made available)
