Learn traditional yogic anatomy and sequences for the uplift, grounding, integration, and expansion of your life force. During this in-depth workshop, you will:
- Explore different Akhanda class styles: dynamic Akhanda Flow, grounding Hatha-Raja, and invigorating Classical Kundalini, including extended morning and evening sequences
- Explore Pran prana (the force of upliftment and inner motivation), Apana prana (the grounding force and power of exhalation and elimination), and Samana prana (integrative force and heat of digestion)
- Close the retreat with an exploration of Vyana prana (force of expansion and circulation throughout the body) and Udana prana (rising energy and connection to the Whole).
You’ll also be able to participate in an optional prana healing session or a sacred water puja, followed by a closing ceremony; and you can choose to receive a sacred thread and a sandalwood tilak.

Yogrishi Vishvketu is an internationally renowned teacher, conference presenter and yoga teacher trainer. The co-founder of Akhanda Yoga (with Chetana Panwar/Jessica Torrens), he began his journey as a student and practitioner of Hatha and Raja yoga and the Vedic healing arts as a child in northern India.
