Initially a pursuit of the physical, Prem’s practice soon transformed into an exploration of Self through the holistic approach of Akhanda Yoga. Over the past decade, she has completed numerous specialty teacher trainings, including yin, vinyasa, restorative, and pre-natal, as well as children’s Yoga and Yoga Life Coaching. Erin (Usha Anandi) Foley
Connecting students with the sacred, expansive, and all-powerful energy within the body is at the core of all of Usha’s teachings. She shares her love for the ancient teachings of Yoga through offering holistic and balanced practices as taught to her by her teacher, Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu. Usha also pulls on her education as a holistic nutritionist, full spectrum doula, and ceremonialist to create an alchemy of science and spirit. Varsha Panwar
Varsha has be practicing yoga since childhood in Rishikesh, India. For her Yoga is a science of well-being and a multi-facetted methodology for integrating body, mind and soul. Varsha holds a BA in Yoga from University of Patanjali, Haridwar and an MA in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar. She completed her YTT 200 and 300 with Yogrishi Vishvketu at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram, where she now teaches Akhanda Yoga classes, Foundation Courses and co-teaches on the April YTT 200 course. She also works as a Liaison for teacher training students and the Ashram Office.
