The Akhanda yoga meeting in Italy has reached its 13th edition,
The common thread of this meeting is always Shunyavad, or the zero point, nothingness, the balance of the union of opposites, the ancient message of the Nath Yogis speaks for itself, acquire the mastery of the opposing energy currents to reach that goal Shunyavad to obtain Moksha.
Hatha yoga is not concerned with explaining "what it is", but the "how to do it".
Our meeting between Practice (Sadhana) and theoretical lessons (Satsanga) will have the characteristic of the direct transmission of the master for a direct experience of the student.
This year more than ever our motto will be: Sadhana.
