Artful Breathwork Sequences to share with students and support your community.
Methodology ~ Gradual development of teaching skills with appropriate cues and timing.
Guest teachers and subject matters experts to integrate ancient techniques with modern science.

Learn the foundations of Pranayama

The course focus on breathwork / pranayama will cover six main breathing techniques; how to incorporate pranayama tools and techniques within an overall asana sequence; independent breathwork sequences for emotional self-healing, immunity, and oxygenation; how to use breathwork to treat anxiety; and also meditation.

This course will give you a strong foundation in pranayama. You will learn the form, benefits, and contraindications of many pranayama techniques including abdominal breathing, the three-part breath, and ujjai pranayama. Plus, participants will learn the correct technique and sequencing of traditional pranayamas and Kriyas including Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Ujjai, Brahmaree, and Anuloma Viloma.

This powerful tool of breath can bring many benefits for wellbeing relevant to all stages and paths of life. Breathwork:
