Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji) is known for his infectious laughter and stories. His holistic approach brings forward ancient wisdom for a modern age incorporating asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and yogic wisdom in every class. His deepest aim is to inspire people to connect to their true nature, which is fearless, expansive, joyful and playful.

Yog Sundari

Yog Sundari began her journey within the healing arts in 1994 as a Holistic & Ayurvedic Therapist. This has become an integral part of her Yoga and meditation teachings. 

Vishwajeet (Kashi) Chatterji

Vish met Yogrishi Vishvketu in 1999 in Rishikesh, India, and they have been connected ever since. Vish has been practicing Akhanda Yoga for more than 20 years.

Celebrate the New Year and gather in community with your Akhanda Yoga family!

Ring in the new year with a FREE uplifting, 2.5 hour event featuring Yoga, Jyotish, and Kirtan from Akhanda Yoga Institute. Pranayama and chanting will help create positive vibrations going into the new year, and the added power of intention setting will get you off to a great start.

The power and significance of the new year as a time of new beginnings can be harnessed with Yogic wisdom and practices to benefit you and your future endeavours. The new year is not only a good time to set intentions, it’s also a good time to commit to consistent practice. A consistent practice embracing a combination of chanting, pranayama, intention setting, and jyotish (Vedic Astrology) can help you discover your dreams, align with your purpose, and live your dharma.

The NYE Gathering will also help us prepare for the new year to come. In Vish Chatterji’s jyotish session, he will take a look back at the planetary energies involved with the pandemic and what we were supposed to learn; and a look forward at the energies to come in 2022 and how to best prepare.

In this special New Year’s Eve session, we will support your ongoing practice and help guide you to a bright, blissful, and happy new year.
