Yogrishi, founder of Akhanda Yoga Institute, together with the Akhanda Yoga Team will be offering a workshop focused on introducing "Building Inner Resilience". Designed for modern life, you will receive tools and build on skills to overcome daily anxieties and life’s bigger challenges.

You will be offered simple yet powerful practices that can be introduced into your daily Yoga practice or individually to support in times of overwhelm. Perfect for adding to your inner strength, mental clarity and resilience.

Recently, our Akhanda sister Bhagya Shree and her family, were among the 1000+ homes that were completely destroyed during a devastating wildfire in Colorado. All proceeds from this class will directly support our dear Bhagya Shree and her family in their time of need.

Building Inner Resilience with Yogrishi

Learn from Yogrishi, founder of Akhanda Yoga Institute, and the Akhanda Yoga Team how to overcome life’s big and small challenges. These practices are designed for daily practice to work on inner strength, mental flexibility and clarity.

With a focus on Building your Resilience, you will be offered simple yet powerful practices that can be introduced into your daily Yoga practice or individually to support in times of overwhelm. These tools are designed to assist in overcoming daily anxieties and life’s bigger challenges.

All proceeds will go directly to Bhagya Shree and her family after their home was destroyed in a recent Colorado wildfire.

Bhagya Shree and her family had no warning that the fires were closing in on their community, with only moments to escape, their home and possessions were reduced to ash and rubble. They were able to save their dogs, but not their cat and some other small animals. Thankfully, they still have each other but have lost everything else. 

Join us for this community support fundraiser to build your inner space of resilience and help our dear Akhanda Yoga sister, Bhagya Shree rebuild her inner space and new home.
