Breath of Life Retreat

Pranayama (also known as breathwork) is one of the most powerful of all ancient yoga techniques.  It can release suppressed emotions and support mental health and spiritual wellbeing. For many of us the natural ways we would support ourselves through uncertain times has had to be shifted and rewritten. This can lead us to feeling unsure of ourselves and disconnected from our sense of belonging and Soul purpose – important ingredients for experiencing inner peace.
