Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji) is known for his infectious laughter and stories. His holistic approach brings forward ancient wisdom for a modern age incorporating asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and yogic wisdom in every class. His deepest aim is to inspire people to connect to their true nature, which is fearless, expansive, joyful and playful.

Your inner balance is best when you think about one thing at a time. Your body has a hard time relating to multiple thoughts, especially when they are turned against you!
Self-limiting beliefs can create self-doubt, resentment, and blockages. These become embedded as unhealed wounds vibrating outside of your conscious mind.
These blockages disrupt your breathing patterns, sleep cycle, digestion, detoxification, mental health and hormonal balance. They can build layers and layers of stress within your system.
Yoga Nidra and Meditation reprogram the body and mind to rest, relax, and let go. They can change patterns at your deepest layers of existence.
