This was the most powerful Yoga & breath-work training ever. The wisdom at Akhanda Yoga Institute is infinite, inspiring and inclusive. Every single one of us are encouraged, empowered and inspired. Eternal gratitude & infinite blessing to Guru Ji & entire Akhanda Yoga family. Hari Om

Student of Pranayama Focused 200 hour YTT

I’ve been wanting to participate in Akhanda Yoga’s 200 YTT for years but was never able to take a whole month off of work to travel to India. One of the biggest upsides of 2020 is that so many training moved online and, needless to say, the Akhanda Yoga team managed the transition to the online setting incredibly well. All of the weekend hours of the program are live, virtual contact hours. I was thrilled to be a part of the first virtual 200 YTT. Vishva-Ji is giving great, individual advice on how to adapt postures and I was very surprised by how well that worked virtually. I fell in love with our group on day one and would have never thought to be able to connect with so many beautiful souls without ever having met them in person. Thus, I am eternally grateful for this transformational experience and this certainly wasn’t the last Akhanda Yoga training I participated in!

Daniela Schmitt; Virtual 200 hour YTT Student

Akhanda Yoga is truly exactly what it states – complete and whole! The learning experience with Akhanda Yoga was incredible as they strive for classical authenticity in teaching the origins of yoga. If one wants a beautiful journey into learning about yoga supplemented with unsurpassed wisdom and knowledge of this classical practice – Akhanda Yoga is the training program for you! My program was completed online – I can only imagine how experiential this program is in person!

Dr. Rashi Mehta; Virtual 200 hour YTT Student

What a life-transforming experience! The holistic side of Akhanda Yoga has really spoken to me and I am now a confident, enthusiastic Yoga teacher who is proud to carry its wisdom to the world! I really appreciate this learning from all of the wonderful and knowledgeable teachers/yogis. The program was planned at the perfect pace and if there is any difficulty, teachers and supporters were there to fully assist us with kindness and open heart.

Thank you, Akhanda Yoga.
