My story began when I got lungs disease due to my job. I started to ask how can I recover my health in a natural way, and suddenly Akhanda Pranayama Program popped up on my life. Looking for recovering my lung capacity practising Pranayama, I also realised that other aspects in my life started to improve too, like my emotions, my physical health, relation with the people around me, my relation with my self, my relation with food and with the word and universe. I feel really thankful to Akhanda Yoga for sharing and spreading all this beautiful wisdom. Looking forward to continuing growing with Akhanda Yoga and all this lovely Knowledge.
