What are the people saying?

My story began when I got lungs disease due to my job. I started to ask how can I recover my health in a natural way, and suddenly Akhanda Pranayama Program popped up on my life. Looking for recovering my lung capacity practising Pranayama, I also realised that other aspects in my life started to improve too, like my emotions, my physical health, relation with the people around me, my relation with my self, my relation with food and with the word and universe. I feel really thankful to Akhanda Yoga for sharing and spreading all this beautiful wisdom. Looking forward to continuing growing with Akhanda Yoga and all this lovely Knowledge.

Student of Virtual Pranayama Series

Had the honour and privilege of taking Akhanda Yoga’s virtual Pranayama Foundations 100 hour YTT and am amazed by the outcome! In addition to providing a strong foundation, simple and accessible daily applications, this ancient wisdom has also given me deep healing. Using what I have learned in my daily life has allowed me to start running again. Rubbing without chest pain or any physical discomfort. Something that I have not been able to do for decades! I feel like a teenager again, with strong, healthy lungs and a lot of life force. Thank you Akhanda Family, looking forward to learning more and future opportunities. Hari Om!

Kusum Jyoti; Virtual Pranayama 100 hour YTTs

The Pranayama Foundations YTT 100 course with Akhanda was awakening in so many ways. Although I was hesitant because it was virtual, I was quickly a believer in the power of community. The course was enlightening, evolving, empowering and emotionally strengthening. At the helm was Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvikitu. His guidance and mentorship has a ripple effect on you that lasts well past the 100 hours of the course. Krishna Mukti, Prakashini and Jot Anant were instrumental as well with teaching, organizing and helping us to find our path.
I am ever so grateful for the privilege of being part of the first virtual 100 YTT Pranayama foundational course.

Namaste and gratitude

Chaz Ibrahim, Canada; Virtual Pranayama 100 hour YTTs

Amazing! Guru Vishva-ji is a master yoga teacher. I have done over 900 hours of YTTs and I have learned more from him than from any other teacher I’ve studied with. I recently completed the virtual Pranayama Foundations 100 hour YTT and it has transformed my own practice as well as my teaching. His teaching method is highly experiential so the student has the opportunity to feel the practice in body, mind, breath and soul. Four years ago I was lucky enough to travel to Rishikesh and spend a little time in an ashram. By pure chance I ended up at Akhanda Yoga Ashram and in that time I fell in love with Vishva-ji’s teaching style that is rooted in generations of wisdom from the Adi Nath Shiva lineage. This is true, unfiltered and well-preserved yoga. I am so grateful that I have found my forever teacher and as Akhanda Yoga has moved into the virtual realm of trainings it makes practicing with Guru Vishva-ji very accessible. Thank you!
