During this 3 day, 2 night all inclusive retreat, you will explore techniques to rebuild your relationship with yourself, your family, and your community. Together we will explore holistic and traditional breathwork techniques (pranayama), deep cellular healing, sound work, and chakra work to reconnect and reprogram your body, mind, and soul for loving and supportive relationships.
