I’m excited to introduce Varsha (Chetna) Panwar and her new classes that have just been released on Akhanda Yoga Online! Varsha’s grounding approach allows her to take you on a stable inner journey toward Wholeness. She has be practicing yoga since childhood in Rishikesh, India, under the direct tutelage of her uncle, Yogrishi Vishvketu. For her Yoga is a science of well-being and a multi-facetted methodology for integrating body, mind and soul. Varsha holds a BA in Yoga from University of Patanjali, Haridwar and an MA in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar. She completed her YTT 200 and 300 at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram, where she now teaches Akhanda Yoga classes and the Akhanda Foundation Course. Check out her three new AYO classes below!

This class kindles your inner fire with techniques such as kapalabhati, half-side plank and bow pose. Shine bright on your path – You are a bright star!

Akhanda Intermediate – Blissful, Fearless



Join Varsha for this blissful 40-minute class starting with the full Gayatri Kriya sequence and sun salutations and closing with a sweet anuloma viloma practice. The theme of this class is Anando-ham (I am blissful). Come away feeling joyful, playful, expansive and fearless!
