Michelle is a committed Yoga practitioner and teacher. After many years of disciplined asana practice, Michelle was introduced to Yogrishi Vishvketu, founder of Akhanda Yoga, and has since completed more than 600 hours of Akhanda Yoga Teacher Trainings and Yoga Life Coaching. Witnessing the incredible transformations that occur in her students with AY motivates her to continue her education and grow her toolkit.
Using the Akhanda Yoga approach, Michelle’s classes combine her solid foundation in asana practice with the other important elements of Yoga including pranayama, mantra, and meditation to create holistic classes for her students.
Michelle facilitates retreats with her husband in Australia, Europe, and Asia, provides online classes, mini-courses and works as an Teacher Trainer with Akhanda YTT programs in Rishikesh, India. Michelle is also a visual artist and children’s author. She lives with her husband and daughter in Byron Bay, Australia.
