Since the time he was young, Mayank experienced the teachings of Yoga through his devout family. Originally from Delhi, Mayank visited Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram regularly until moving there full time in 2015. He has since devoted his life to Yoga. Mayank received both Bachelor and Master degrees in Yoga from Gurukul Kangari in Haridwar. He is a graduate of the Akhanda Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training Program and 100-hour Classical Kundalini YTT.
For the last four years, Mayank’s passion for sharing these transformational teachings has guided him to lead Kirtan chanting, daily Agni Hotra fire ceremonies, and to organize activities at the ashram. He is excited about joining the Akhanda Yoga Institute teaching team.
