Krishnaa Mukti met Yogrishi Vishvketu in 2007 when she was staying at Yoga Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh with a group of students she had brought to India. She attended one of Vishva-ji’s classes in Laksman Jhula and his style of teaching resonated on a deep level. She had never found another Yoga teacher who taught philosophy, chanting, and meditation in their classes.
In 2014, Krishnaa Mukti completed 300 hour YTT at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram and she was invited to join the teaching team. She has taught philosophy and methodology for 200 and 300 hour YTTs, and Pranayama 100 hour trainings.
Krishnaa Mukti is fascinated by the physical as well as the energetic and spiritual aspects of our being. She is a student of Advaita Vedanta and Tantra. All of these things come together under Akhanda Yoga.
Krishnaa Mukti says: “Practice is more important than study.”
