Affordable accommodations for up to 36 students, healthy happy food, two beautiful yoga halls and a rooftop patio make Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram the perfect place for individual and group retreats.
During your stay:
Anand Prakash Ashram is a welcoming, nurturing sanctuary for spiritual seekers from around the world, providing comfortable accommodations, safe food, clean water, and guidance for your yogic journey.
Centrally located in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, in the foothills of the Himalayas and along the shores of the Ganga (Ganges River), the ashram is 250 km north of Delhi and is easily accessible by vehicle or by air.
Your group is welcome to attend the daily yoga / meditation classes offered by the ashram, or reserve one of the yoga halls to offer your own yoga program. Or integrate the two.
Please contact the ashram for group rates, information about yoga hall and equipment rental, and for special requests.
Accommodation and yoga hall reservations must be made in advance.
The ashram is not available for group bookings during our Yoga Teacher Training programs, from October 1 – December 15, and from February 1 – March 5 of each year.
All arrangements for your retreat and group stay can be made with the ashram office, whose staff is on hand to support you in providing a positive and enjoyable experience for your students.
The ashram staff can provide assistance in planning your retreat including arranging for transportation to and from the ashram and hotel stays in Delhi. They can also recommend excursions in and around Rishikesh, including visits to a rural school co-founded by Yogrishi Vishvketu and managed by Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram Trust which provides free education for over 250 under-served children.
