There are 3 types of food.

  1. Happy  food – This is plant based food – very healthy, easy to eat, easy to digest, easy to get out of the system.
  2. Junk food – This is old food, that takes lots of storage space and when you eat it takes a long time to get out of your body and it becomes toxic.
  3. Grumpy food – This food comes from the animal and takes a long time to digest. Whatever takes a long time to digest needs to produce more acid.

More acid makes you grumpy and also causes problems in the muscles, skin, and makes you grumpier than you need to be.

Take 3 happy deep breaths.

Inhale. Exhale.

Inhale happier, proud yourself, take care of your body. Exhale.

Inhale deeply, hold the breath in and remember your true nature is loving and kind. When food comes from the plants, this is helping you more.
