Your daily yoga practice is making space in your five elements.
Your Pranayama practice is filling that space with life force energy.
Your Mantra is making space in the mind.
Your Meditation practice is reorganizing everything you have; and connecting you to the higher self.
Long deep breath in.
Inhale filling maximum space in your body with prana.
Inhaling and at the top of inhalation, hold breath in for a moment.
Exhale – your true nature is blissful, joyful, playful, fearless.
Softly open your eyes with a beautiful smile.
