If you like something and it makes you feel good internally and externally, do it! Don’t wait for tomorrow.

Eyes closed. Let’s take long deep breath in. Exhaling.

Inhale – uplift your soul. Exhaling.

Inhale and at the top of your inhalation hold your breath in for a moment and just feel you are fearless. You are able to do things that you really like and it makes you feel good internally and externally.

Exhale.

Softly open your eyes with a big smile.
