Namaste. Today my message is:

Suffering.

Most of the time we have suffering in this physical body or mentally.

Your daily yoga practice can help you to get out the suffering from your body and your mind, but, you have to do something to help you get out of it.

Your daily yoga practice has the power to make you happy, and forever happy.

Eyes closed let’s take long deep breath in here.

Open your energy; open your mind. Exhale – a little more exhale.

Happier inhale.

Exhaling.

One more time – big one – at the top of inhalation hold breath in and feel your true nature is blissful. Your true nature is blissful – remember that.

Exhale.

Softly open your eyes with a big smile.
