If you feel a headache from stress or a migraine so you could do brahmeri pranayama.
Brahmeri is a really good practice to release tension and to move the headache out of your body.
Let’s do 3 brahmeri together.
Eyes closed. Long deep breath in.
Honeybee sound as you exhale
Again this time a bit stronger – Inhale
Inhale this time a little happier
Just feel calm and relaxed.
Softly open your eyes.
Namaste and if you have a headache you do brahmeri and brahmeri also helps to improve your concentration.
