Today my thoughts are:

You don’t need to pretend what you are not; that creates more confusion in you and surrounding you.

Be honest, be truthful, to find yourself and who you are. Express through your actions in this world – that is healing.

Eyes closed.

Take long deep breath in.

Exhale and let go this pretending things.

Inhale with a big smile. Just be aware of your true nature.


Inhale happier and at the top of your inhalation hold breath in and just feel your true nature is blissful. This is your birthright.


Softly open your eyes with a beautiful smile.

Namaste and have a beautiful happy day and just be who you are.
