Today my thoughts are:

Be thankful for what you have. Thank you, thank you. This is the mantra for today.

Eyes closed.

Take long deep breath in be thankful for family and friends.

Exhale.

Take long deep breath in.

Exhale and be thankful to this planet.

Inhale and at the top of your inhalation hold your breath in and feel your true nature – blissful, joyful, playful, fearless, expandable – That’s you.

Exhale.

Be thankful for this moment.

With a beautiful smile open your eyes.

Namaste and have a beautiful happy day – and thank you, thankful is your mantra today.
