Getting angry again and again means something is going on in our life which is not understood, or, we are not aware of it. Your daily meditation practice helps you go deep inside to figure out what is going on – what is making you angry. Anger is not your nature. Your nature is blissful, joyful.

Softly close your eyes.

Inhale.

Exhale this anger.

Inhale happier.

Exhale this anger or drama or frustration.

Inhale and at the top of your inhalation, hold breath in and just feel your true nature is blissful.

Anger is not your true nature.

Exhale

With beautiful smile open your eyes.
