Today my message is:
When you are doing a yoga practice it is to always bringing peace, harmony, and freedom internally. But, sometimes that intention gets lost in jumping pumping yoga.
If you lost that intention your practice becomes just a workout, but yoga is not just a workout; it’s a work in.
Yoga practice is work in.
Softly close your eyes and take a long deep breath here.
Take a happier inhale – whatever practice you are doing, it doesn’t matter; it matters to bring internal freedom.
Inhale hold breath in and feel your true self – blissful, fearless, and expandable.
Softly open your eyes with a big smile.
Namaste – and do your practice to bring you internal peace and freedom.
