Today’s my thoughts are, my physical body only needs basic things – food and shelter.
But, the mind gets more focussed on the wants – I want this, I want that. And then who suffers? The physical body suffers when you do more things than the body can handle.
When that happens, the basic systems of the body – your sleeping cycle, your digestion cycle, your detoxification cycle, they all are off. When these are off, unwanted problems come.

It’s your choice.

Eyes closed.

Long deep breath in – make your lifestyle better.

Exhale.

Inhale – you can live your lifestyle within what your body can support.

Exhale.

Happier inhale – at the top of the inhalation, hold inhale, proud yourself. You can change your lifestyle to match your body’s environment.

Open your eyes with a beautiful smile
