Advanced training in the foothills of the Himalayas

Yoga is an experiential journey. Teachers transmit the seed of knowledge, but true understanding comes through independent practice and mindfulness of the physical, mental and spiritual shifts that result. In our advanced yoga teacher trainings, teachers and students come together to create a community that promotes and reflects a shared quest for self-realization.

Trainings are offered at the Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India.

Every morning trainees will practice the transformative arts of satkarma (purification), mantra and meditation, exploring various different techniques and observing their effects. Following the meditation, we will practice asana and pranayama in the Akhanda approach.
